Well known Cleveland plaintiffs attorney and philanthropist Michael Kelley died aboard his personal jet on the way to the Fiesta Bowl yesterday. His firm has made millions handling asbestos and other plaintiff cases in the past decade and he has been a key player in Ohio politics the last few years and has handled several important appellate cases on behalf of his clients and the OATL.
